We're sorry you're experiencing an issue with your coffee machine. The quickest way for us to help resolve your issue is to submit a ticket. 

If you do not have an SLA (Service Level Agreement) in place, please specify if you'd like us to assist you remotely at no charge or if you'd prefer to book a technician where a call out fee may apply.
